If the prosecution proves their case... they win the following items they have requested:
If the prosecution cannot prove their case, neither the school district (MCSD) nor C.J. Pearson will be held responsible for "negligent supervision" or "intentionally inflicting emtional distress", respectively. Both parties will walk away from the trial with no consequences from the judge.
